Job summary

Hrassistance India Consultancy Llp seeks a Lead Teacher to create inquiry-based, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and document children's progress in partnership with families.

You will be on the floor with children, observe development, and collaborate with the Head Coordinator and co-teachers to plan, reflect, and share updates with parents through meetings and daily touchpoints.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice sessions

About the Role

As a Lead Teacher at , you are the primary architect of your classroom's learning environment. You will observe children closely, design inquiry-based experiences that match their developmental stage, document their learning journey, and partner with parents to support each child's growth.
