A Pre‑K Relief Teacher is an instructional teacher who collaborates with the preschool classroom to support the delivery of high‑quality, developmentally appropriate instruction. This position provides instructional support during teacher preparation periods throughout the day and when additional assistance is required, while ensuring the maintenance of a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for all students. The Relief Teacher works in collaboration with the classroom paraprofessional to implement instruction aligned to the New Jersey Preschool Teaching and Learning Standards. Key responsibilities include co‑planning, co‑teaching, and supporting the consistent implementation of district curriculum and instructional practices. Qualifications
