Job summary

  • Provide administration support to the Pre-Contract EMEA team.

  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing per procedures and standards.
  • Respond to queries and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Support knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ensure activities comply with procedures, costs and budgets.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and wider business.
  • Identify risks and follow health, safety, and environmental policies.

Job Summary

Pre-Contract Administrator at Lloyd's Register, located in Mumbai, India.

We're looking for someone who can provide administration support against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload. Someone who undertakes a range of administrative activities and resolves queries for internal/external clients.

Fixed-term Contract (6 months)

The role
  • Support the Pre-Contract EMEA team in meeting business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Global TSO.
  • Prioritise and process documentation, data, and information in line with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing in accordance with defined procedures and quality standards.
  • Respond to queries promptly and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support team members as required to facilitate effective knowledge sharing, transfer, and application.
  • Perform all activities in compliance with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures, and budget constraints.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and wider business, as required.
  • Identify and assess risks, working safely at all times and adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Promptly report all incidents, including near misses, safety observations, accidents, and injuries, and elevate any health and safety concerns to the line manager.
What you bring
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word & Outlook (as a minimum).
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, particularly Business ByDesign, nice to have but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work
