We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Practice Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead and grow our Business Central practice across industries and geographies. This strategic leadership role demands deep expertise in Microsoft’s Business Central ecosystem, along with strong business acumen, people management, and client engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will define solution architectures, lead delivery excellence, and mentor cross-functional teams to drive value through scalable ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the Business Central practice aligned with organizational growth objectives
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of functional and technical consultants
• Establish best practices for solution delivery, implementation frameworks, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on go-to-market strategies and pre-sales support

Solution Delivery & Architecture

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirement analysis through design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Serve as the solution architect for large, complex Business Central implementations
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Oversee integration with other Microsoft products (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, D365 Sales/CRM)

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Act as a senior advisor to key clients, guiding them through digital transformation using D365 Business Central
• Manage escalations, drive stakeholder communication, and ensure long-term value delivery
• Conduct business process assessments and provide strategic recommendations

Innovation & Capability Development

• Stay current with the Microsoft Business Applications roadmap and updates
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating latest features, extensions, and ISV solutions
• Conduct internal training, knowledge sharing, and capability upliftment initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Microsoft certifications in D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV
• Minimum 15 years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing Business Central (or NAV) implementations
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-country Business Central projects
• Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain, manufacturing, and service modules
• Hands-on experience integrating Business Central with Power Platform, Azure, and third-party tools
• Strategic leadership and team management
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture and implementation
• Financial and business process transformation consulting
• Pre-sales solutioning, proposal development, and customer presentations
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Program governance and risk management across complex ERP engagements
