Job summary

Boschgroup in Bengaluru seeks a senior IT Delivery Leader to drive enterprise application development, cloud services, and D365 expertise. You will manage Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ITIL/DevOps practices to ensure successful project outcomes and governance.

The role requires 18+ years' IT services experience, an MBA and engineering background, with PMP/Agile credentials preferred. Global delivery across geographies is a key focus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of IT delivery experience in a services/software company.
• MBA or equivalent management qualification; engineering degree preferred.
• Experience in leading enterprise-wide application development and cloud practices.
• PMP or Agile certifications would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, management and implementation of enterprise applications and D365.
• Oversee cloud platforms including AWS and Azure and Microsoft technologies.
• Deliver projects by managing risks, timelines and quality with ITIL/DevOps practices.
• Grow and mature the IT delivery practice with a focus on cost efficiency and talent development.
• Drive customer satisfaction and global delivery across geographies.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Heads to ensure timely project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Job Description

• You will lead the strategic direction, management and implementation of enterprise-wide application development, cloud services, Microsoft D365 platform and Implementation experience.
• .Experience in managing Microsoft Technology practices, HCM, Testing Practice will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing cloud platforms(AWS and Azure)
• Deliver projects/program on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing risks / issues, and taking corrective action as necessary to meet project/program deadlines.
• Deliver IT solutions according to ITIL, DevOps, SDLC, Agile, PMI, PCI, and Security best practices. This includes successful organizational design, strategic hiring, performance and compensation management, training & developing team capabilities and growing practice skillsets.
• Oversee the management of operations, deliverables to have better efficacy.
• Driving the cost efficiency of the competency clusters, maximizing the Business Units throughput & productivity and focus on the inclusive culture of the company.
• Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction, measured through formal and informal feedback.
• Manage and mitigate risks across Technical and Operational processes and customer servicing functions.
• Enhance the workplace through leadership, employee engagement and personnel development.
• Work with business partners to accurately forecast and support business growth strategies.
• Work with Service Delivery Heads / Project Managers closely to adopt customer friendly strategies to execute timeliness in project deliverables.
• Drive innovation and solution mindset resulting in products/ services in new technology areas

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• Prior experience in any IT delivery role in Custom Applications Development(end to end) Verification & Validation and Cloud, . Experience in Microsoft/Opensource technologies, Cloud platform (e.g. Azure, AWS) is preferred.
• A minimum of 18+ years of Experience in a similar role in IT Services / Software Industry. MBA in General Management would be add-on advantage.
• The ideal candidate should have done his engineering from a premium institute.
• Project Management Qualifications (PMP, Agile and relevant Certifications, etc.)
• Prior delivery experience in establishing and maturing a practice from the beginning to sizeable & strong team, with combination of services (e.g., Cloud, Infra, Application development, Customer Experience)
• Experience in Microsoft programs and technology mandatory -Ability to clearly craft, communicates, measure, and manage expectations of all relevant stakeholders.
• Demonstration of entrepreneurial thinking and growth-oriented leadership skills
• Global delivery experience with exposure to multi geography customers is necessary.
• Excellent team development and management skills
• Project Management experience required - Agile method preferred.
• Demonstrated record of success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable, agile environment
