Job summary

Teceze India is seeking a seasoned leader to grow the AI & Cloud practice in India, shaping strategy, service portfolio, and go-to-market initiatives.

You will own practice revenue, profitability, budgets, resource planning, and delivery excellence across multi-cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise solutions, mentoring architects and presales teams while engaging CXOs to drive transformative outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and growing an established cloud/AI practice.
• Strong presales and service delivery experience guiding complex engagements.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud architecture, migration, modernization, and managed services.
• Experience leading AI solutions through data readiness, architecture, evaluation, integration, and production deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud-native applications, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, automation, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and AI governance.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Relevant AI/ML or Generative AI certifications.
• Experience managing delivery performance, service transitions, resource planning, and customer escalations.
• Strong CXO communication, stakeholder management, team development, and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practice strategy, portfolio, roadmap, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Own practice revenue, profitability, budgets, resource utilization, and growth.
• Guide architecture, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, BoMs, SOWs, effort estimates, and commercials.
• Provide architecture oversight across AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
• Strengthen services for cloud migration, modernization, backup, disaster recovery, managed services, DevOps, and platform engineering.
• Embed FinOps, cloud security, governance, resilience, and observability into solutions and delivery.
• Lead AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, enterprise copilot, intelligent automation, and agentic AI engagements from discovery through production.
• Govern service delivery, technical quality, SLAs, risks, escalations, and customer satisfaction, ensuring effective presales-to-delivery handovers.
• Strengthen technology partnerships and mentor architects, consultants, engineers, presales specialists, and delivery leaders.

About the Role

• Lead the practice strategy, service portfolio, roadmap, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Own practice revenue, profitability, budgets, resource utilization, and growth.
• Enhance existing offerings, delivery frameworks, reusable accelerators, and industry solutions.
• Partner with sales to develop opportunities, qualify requirements, and lead strategic pursuits.
• Lead discovery sessions and CXO engagements, translating customer priorities into practical AI and cloud solutions.
• Guide technical and presales teams on architecture, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, BoMs, SOWs, effort estimates, and commercials.
• Provide architecture oversight across AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
