Job Description

• Prepare financial models for infrastructure projects to assess financial viability, economic feasibility and compare with benchmark figures.
• Carry out sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare detailed viability reports capturing the key details obtained in the financial model.
• Conduct demand assessment, prepare market reports and presentations.
• Communicate effectively; strong presentation skills.
• Understand concepts of public‑private partnership (PPP) mode of project development.
• Draft RFP and concession agreements.

Qualifications

MBA in Finance with minimum 5 years experience in financial modelling for infrastructure projects.
