Job Description

Preparing financial models for infrastructure projects for assessing financial viability, economic feasibility and compare with benchmark figures.
Carrying out sensitivity analysis Aus.
Preparing detailed viability report capturing the key imatiatures ut the financial model.
Carrying out demand assessment, preparing market reports and presentations.
Communications – good presentation skills.
Understanding the concepts of public‑private partnership (PPP) mode of project development.
Drafting RFP and concession agreements.

Qualifications

MBA – Finance with minimum 5 years experience in financial modelling in infrastructure projects.
