Qualifications

• Any university degree will be considered.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in PowerPoint presentation design, presentation design, or related roles.
• Proven expertise in creating professional and visually engaging business presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
• Good understanding of slide layouts, visual hierarchy, typography, charts, diagrams and business storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and business slides.
• Translate provided content and requirements into clear, structured and visually effective slides.
• Apply client brand guidelines, templates, styles and formatting standards consistently.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored presentation solutions.
• Manage multiple assigned projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately to refine presentation content and design.
• Create and refine charts, diagrams, tables, icons and other visual elements within presentations.
• Support the creation and maintenance of PowerPoint templates and reusable visual assets.
• Stay updated with presentation design practices and PowerPoint features to improve work quality and efficiency.

Hiring Criteria and Conditions

• Candidates to undergo 1 month in-depth business presentation training and clear the assessment to get their job confirmation,
• Candidates will be provided with in-depth training during the initial months
• Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (including Night Shift), weekends, and public holidays. A compensatory week off will be provided for employees who work on public holidays.
• Working Days: ~20 - 22 days per month (2 days off per week).
• Shift Hours: 8 working hours + 1 hour break = 9 hours.
