Job summary

KPI Partners is seeking an experienced Microsoft/Power Platform developer to design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents and orchestrations in Hyderabad. You will extend Copilot with custom agents, connectors, and Power Automate integrations, while building Power Apps as needed and applying ALM practices.

The role requires strong consulting and client-facing skills, with hands-on work across Dataverse, REST APIs, and Azure OpenAI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Microsoft development experience, 4+ on Power Platform.
• Proven delivery of production Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents) solutions.
• Strong Power Automate, Dataverse, and connector experience.
• Working knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and prompt design.
• Experience with Power Fx, REST APIs, and Entra ID authentication.
• Client-facing consulting experience.
• Preferred Microsoft certifications: PL-600, PL-400, or AI-102.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Fabric.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents, including topics, generative answers, knowledge sources, actions, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with custom agents and connectors.
• Integrate agents with Power Automate flows, Dataverse, custom connectors, and external APIs.
• Build supporting Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) where needed.
• Apply ALM best practices: solutions, environments, pipelines, and source control.
• Configure security, DLP policies, and governance in the Power Platform admin center.
• Lead requirements workshops and advise clients on agent use cases and feasibility.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal accelerators.
