Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions, Pune, is seeking a senior BI professional to architect and lead enterprise-grade Power BI projects. You will design data models, create complex measures, and manage reports in Power BI Service, ensuring performance and reliable data delivery across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in BI and data analytics, with strong SQL, PostgreSQL/Oracle experience, and SDLC familiarity using Git and Azure DevOps. On-site role in Pune with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• Experience architecting Power BI solutions and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Power BI solutions.
• Create calculated columns, measures, and tables to meet complex analytical requirements; implement advanced DAX calculations and ensure best practices for performance and scalability.
• Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service, including configuring connections, scheduling refreshes, and monitoring gateways for performance and reliability.
• Data modelling experience.
• SDLC management experience with Git and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Strong knowledge and experience in SQL.
• Working experience with Postgre and Oracle data bases.
• Support end-to-end testing (SIT and UAT) for BI solutions to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Establish standards and reusable frameworks.
• Support automation and process improvements for reporting and analytics delivery.
