RVS iGlobal seeks a proactive Power Platform Support, Testing & Deployment Engineer to ensure stability, quality and successful delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will bridge users, developers and project teams to support applications and coordinate testing and deployments.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting, experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, and knowledge of CI/CD practices, Azure DevOps and ITIL-based service management.

Role Overview

We are seeking aproactive and detail-oriented Power Platform Support, Testing & DeploymentEngineer to join our growing technology team.

This role will focus onensuring the stability, quality and successful delivery of Microsoft PowerPlatform solutions across both client and internal environments.

You will act as a keybridge between users, developers and project teams, providing applicationsupport, coordinating testing activities, managing deployments and helping tomaintain high-quality Power Platform solutions.

The ideal candidate willhave strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experiencesupporting business-critical applications built on the Microsoft PowerPlatform.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Power Apps, Power Automateand Power Pages solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application incidents,defects and user-reported issues.
• Analyse root causes of recurring issues and work with developmentteams to implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor solution health, performance, integrations and automationprocesses.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles andtroubleshooting guides.
• Liaise directly with business users and clients to manage supportrequests and expectations.

2. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases andtest scripts for new and existing solutions.
• Coordinate and execute functional, regression,integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, log, track and verify defectsthrough to resolution.
• Support development teams in validating fixesand enhancements prior to release.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirementsand quality standards before deployment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement oftesting processes and quality assurance practices.

3. Deployments & Release Management

• Support the planning, coordination andexecution of deployments across Development, Test, UAT and Productionenvironments.
• Manage Power Platform solution packaging anddeployment using established release processes.
• Validate deployed solutions and performpost-deployment verification activities.
• Assist with release documentation, deploymentschedules, rollback plans and change records.
• Support change management and ensure releasesare delivered with minimal business disruption.
• Work with development teams to improvedeployment automation and DevOps practices.

4. Platform & Process Improvement

• Analyse business processes and identifyopportunities to improve reliability, efficiency and user experience.
• Assist in documenting functional requirementsfor enhancements and change requests.
• Support governance, security and complianceactivities across Power Platform environments.
• Keep up to date with emerging Power Platformfeatures, best practices and Microsoft's release roadmap.
• Experience supporting business applicationswithin Microsoft Power Platform environments.
