Key Responsibilities

• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI users, diagnosing and resolving platform‑related issues.
• Citizen Developer Enablement: Assist and guide citizen developers with best practices, data connections, and environment usage.
• CoE Administration: Operate and maintain the Power Platform CoE toolkit, ensuring accurate inventory, usage analytics, and compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain up‑to‑date support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Governance and Compliance: Monitor environments and applications for adherence to platform governance and data policies.
• Remote Collaboration: Work closely with UK‑based team members, demonstrating flexibility in communication and project delivery across different time zones.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform updates, AI advancements, and features, applying them to improve existing solutions.
• Training and Guidance: Deliver short training sessions or office hours to help citizen developers build compliant, maintainable apps.

Required Skills And Experience

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and Power Platform administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and user support experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Desirable Skills

• Experience using or maintaining the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.
• Familiarity with Azure AD, permissions management, and licensing models.
• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL‑900) certification.
