Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Maharashtra is seeking a data platform professional to design and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps apps, and Power Automate workflows, with Dataverse data models.

You will integrate cloud and on-prem data, explore Fabric, collaborate with analysts and developers in agile environments, and drive governance and continuous improvement across the Microsoft data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering secure technology changes.
• End-to-end testing experience for scalable solutions.
• Experience with DataVerse/Databricks and related technologies.
• DevOps tooling for CI/CD and automation.
• Hands-on coding in languages such as DAX.
• Engineering expertise in data, integrations or cloud domains.
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid development environments.

• Power BI for building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Power Automate for automating workflows and integrating services.
• A solid understanding of the Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and security roles.
• Experience in connecting and transforming data from various sources, both cloud and on-premises.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or a willingness to learn emerging technologies in the Microsoft data ecosystem.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions that align with business needs and governance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a user-centric mindset.
• Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for learning new tools and features within the Power Platform and broader Microsoft ecosystem.

To succeed, you will need

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, secure technology changes that meet complex technical requirements and architectures.
• Experienced in end-to-end testing to ensure delivered solutions/services are scalable, maintainable, and meet user needs.
• Demonstrable experience developing and/or configuring relevant data, integration, and other relevant technologies (e.g. DataVerse, Databricks).
• Demonstrable experience with DevOps tooling to automate development and deployment processes desirable (e.g. CICD).Hands-on experience in relevant programming languages (e.g. DAX), and other frameworks to deliver change.
• Deep engineering expertise in one or more technical domains (e.g., data engineering, integrations, Cloud), demonstrated with relevant technical certifications where applicable (e.g. Power Platform Fundamentals).
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall development environments.
