Job summary

LTM is seeking a seasoned architect to guide Microsoft Modern Workplace initiatives in a hybrid environment across multiple offices. You will shape Copilot adoption, governance strategies, and custom solution development using Copilot Studio, aligning technical delivery with business objectives.

You will collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to ensure robust architecture, stakeholder alignment, and clear governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace architecture, including Copilot adoption, governance, and strategy.
• Hands-on experience developing custom solutions using Copilot Studio and extending its capabilities.
• Strong skills in solution architecture, consulting, stakeholder management, and explaining technical concepts to business teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience integrating solutions using Microsoft Graph APIs and the Power Platform.
• Good understanding of Microsoft's product roadmap, reusable assets, and best-practice frameworks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Able to act as a trusted advisor with deep subject matter expertise and ownership.
• Well-organized with strong documentation, governance, and planning skills.

Responsibilities
