Job Title and Location

We are currently seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
• Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Platform solutions for performance and reliability.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for deployed solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Power Platform updates, new features, and best practices.

Minimum Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and connectors.
• Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow design, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integrating external systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.).
• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Power Platform.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• UI/UX design skills for building user-friendly applications.
