Job summary

Mployee.me is seeking a hands-on Power Platform professional in Pune to design, develop and maintain business apps and mobile solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse, delivering secure integrations and scalable workflows.

You will build Power BI dashboards, automate processes with Power Automate, and explore AI-powered Copilot solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure governance, security and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Generative AI solutions is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, PL-300, or Copilot-related certifications would be advantageous.
