Bridging Talents is seeking a seasoned Power BI Developer in India to design and deploy complex Power BI solutions. You will translate business requirements into robust BI reports and datasets, manage deployment cycles, and ensure data security across reports and datasets.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of Power BI development, strong DAX/SQL skills, and experience with paginated reports. This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and maintaining high-quality analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field desirable but not mandatory
• 5-10 years of Report Development experience with Power BI
• Experience with Power BI Service and Paginated Reports preferred

Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

REPORT DEVELOPMENT

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build, test, and deploy Power BI or Report Builder (paginated) Reports to the Power BI Service.
• Build deploy and maintain Power BI datasets that are based on incremental refresh and partitions.
• Provide support and maintenance for all Power BI reports and datasets.
• Maintain data security and monitor access to reports.
• Respond to questions and resolve issues raised by stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• 5-10 years of Report Development using Microsoft Power BI Desktop including strong experience in query languages
