Qualifications

• Solid SQL skills with complex joins, CTEs and window functions.

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, and modern BI solutions along with Healthcare Knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, enabling datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Build optimized data models using Power BI Desktop.
• Write advanced DAX measures and calculations.
• Connect, transform, and manipulate data using Power Query (M Language).
• Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, APIs, etc.
• Ensure performance optimization through query tuning, data modeling best practices, and incremental refresh.
• Deploy and maintain solutions in the Power BI Service (Workspaces, Gateways, Row-Level Security).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.
• Implement data governance, quality standards, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot existing reports and resolve data discrepancies.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Power BI development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Power BI Desktop
• Power BI Service
• DAX (advanced)
• Power Query / M
• Data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake)
• Strong SQL skills (writing complex joins, CTEs, window functions).
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing performance.
• Experience with Row Level Security (RLS) and Power BI administration basics.
• Excellent understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
