Job summary

Incture Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Power BI developer to engineer interactive dashboards and scalable data models using Microsoft Fabric and the Azure ecosystem.

You will integrate data from SQL Server, REST APIs, Excel, and Azure Data Lake, build complex DAX measures, implement RLS, and collaborate with analysts and product owners to deliver accurate, governance-compliant reports.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem.
• Expertise in SQL, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and ADLS Gen2.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service administration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Design and implement scalable data models using Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Pipelines.
• Integrate data from SQL Server, SharePoint, REST APIs, Excel, and Azure Data Lake.
• Develop complex DAX measures, KPIs, and Power Query transformations.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace governance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product Owners to understand reporting requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering, UAT support, and production deployments.
• Follow DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps and Git.
