Job summary

Autoliv is seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions across the organization. You will transform complex data into actionable dashboards and scalable models to enable data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reliability, and adoption of reporting tools for operational excellence. Responsibilities include building dashboards, implementing star/snowflake schemas, and creating DAX measures while integrating data from multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Power BI development and BI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M Language).
• Experience with data modeling (star/snowflake).
• Excellent SQL skills with relational databases.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Exposure to Azure technologies (Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics).
• Knowledge of dashboard performance optimization.
• Experience implementing data governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Create and optimize scalable data models using best practices (star and snowflake schemas).
• Develop advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs to support reporting needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Creating and optimizing scalable data models using best practices, including star and snowflake schema designs.
