Job summary

Bridgesoftsol in India is seeking a data-driven Power BI Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on BI experience to design, build, and deploy BI solutions transforming raw data from Microsoft 365 into actionable dashboards and reports.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect to SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, Azure, and other sources, develop data models, write DAX, apply RLS, and perform ETL with Power Query, while training users on Power BI tools.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of BI, data analysis, or Power BI experience.
• Strong Power BI Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query skills.

We are seeking a data-driven Power BI Developer with 4-5 years of experience to design, build, and deploy business intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data from Microsoft 365 and other enterprise sources into actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and compelling visual reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Data Integration: Connect to various data sources within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, Azure) and external databases.
• Data Modeling & DAX: Create robust data models, write optimized DAX queries, and implement row-level security (RLS).
• ETL Processes: Clean, transform, and load data using Power Query (M formula language).
• Collaboration & Support: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and provide user training on Power BI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-5 years of hands‑on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a dedicated Power BI role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query and generating Power BI reports.
• M365 Ecosystem: Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 integration points (SharePoint lists, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Data Skills: Proficient in SQL for data extraction and a strong grasp of data warehousing concepts.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Synapse, or Data Lake).
