Puretech Digital is seeking a strategic thinker to design and build executive-level dashboards for our CEO/CMO/CXO stakeholders in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in Data Visualization, KPI Frameworks, and a proven ability to collaborate across functions.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond building reports — a strategic thinker who combines the mindset of a Product Manager, UX Designer, and Marketing Analyst to deliver impactful, executive-ready dashboards. If you can translate complex data into compelling stories and drive decisions at the CXO level, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build executive-level dashboards for CEO/CMO/CXO stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling dashboards
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks aligned with business goals
• Conduct stakeholder requirement workshops to understand data needs and priorities
• Establish and maintain dashboard design standards across the organization
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Digital Analytics teams to drive data-led decisions
• Present data insights through a strong storytelling approach that influences strategy

Must Have

• Strong expertise in Data Visualization
• Experience working with Marketing, Sales, Growth, or Digital Analytics teams
• Hands‑on experience in building KPI Frameworks
• Conducted Stakeholder Requirement Workshops
• Experience creating Dashboard Design Standards
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into dashboards

Good to Have

• Prior agency experience
• Background in Performance Marketing
• SaaS or Product Analytics experience
• Consulting background
• Data Storytelling certifications
