Job summary

Techcarrot Fz-llc is seeking a Power BI Analyst to drive end-to-end BI projects across Hyderabad, Noida and Chennai. You will design, develop, and administer Power BI reports, dashboards and data models to deliver actionable business insights.

The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, plus experience with Power BI security, data governance, and cloud platforms. Lane for cross-city collaboration and autonomous contribution is expected.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Power BI including design, development and administration of reports and dashboards.
• Ability to implement row level security and understand security models in Power BI.
• Azure Databricks and Azure Cloud stack knowledge is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Power BI project-based development.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to translate data into informative visuals and reports.
• Power BI Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assessing complex data sources and quickly turning these into business insights and reports
• End to End implementation of Power BI Apps/Reports, Data sets and Dashboards including requirement gathering to development and access management.
• Quick prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis for analytics and visualization use cases.
• Creation of standard themes and templates for PBI libraries.
• Supporting Power BI server management requests.
• Enhance existing reporting artifacts and applying development and governance best practices.
• Closely interact with Business, Functional and Technical stakeholders for requirement analysis, testing and delivery of the identified requirements.

Requirements

• Expertise in Power BI including Design / Development / administration of apps/reports, data sets and dashboards.
• Able to implement row level security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI.
• Azure Data platform and Databricks knowledge will be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Power BI project-based development.
