Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u seeks an offshore Power Automate / SharePoint developer to work remotely from India on a 6+ month freelancer contract. You will define requirements with business and IT and independently implement flows and SharePoint solutions.

Key tasks include building flows for notifications, approvals, cross-site data moves, managing metadata and governance, and related SPFx work. PowerApps skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior or fairly senior resource who can define requirements with business and IT.
• Experience building Power Automate flows integrated with SharePoint.
• Knowledge of metadata/content types and governance for SharePoint.
• Experience with JSON configurations and SPFx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define Power Automate flows such as email on item creation, assignee change, past due notifications, and approvals.
• Copy items across SharePoint sites to a master list and manage related data flows.
• Create business processes by combining Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Implement metadata/content types, advanced doc libraries, and governance.
• Support permissions management and SPFx-related tasks where applicable.

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Title: Power Automate / SharePoint developer

Looking for an offshore Power Automate / SharePoint developer skills.

• Fairly senior resource that can work with the business and IT to define PowerAutomate and SharePoint requirements, then independently execute tasks needed to develop the req’d solution
  • Setting up PowerAutomate flows will be in the initial primary area of responsibility and where immediate focus is needed - examples:
    • Send email when new list item is created in SharePoint to Assignee
    • E-mail when assignee changes
    • Past due notifications from SharePoint lists
    • Approval flows
    • Copy items from SharePoint lists across multiple sites to a “master” list
  • SharePoint
    • Create business processes by combining PowerAutomate and SharePoint
    • Experience with metadata/content types and how to effectively implement
    • Advanced doc library knowledge such as records, and integration with PowerAutomate for approvals, content management, labels, etc
    • SharePoint News
    • Permission management
    • SharePoint framework and governance knowledge and experience

    • Nice to have: custom solutions using the SharePoint Framework, advanced SharePoint development skills and SharePoint Admin knoweldge
