We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated business processes using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Job Title: Power Automate Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate flows with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and third-party applications via connectors or custom APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define process automation goals.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Document workflow architecture, configuration, and deployment procedures.
• Build reusable templates and components to standardize automation solutions.
• Ensure all automations comply with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Provide support and training to end-users and team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Power Platform tools.
