Quest Global in Chennai is seeking a highly motivated Power Apps & Power Automate Developer to join the Digital Transformation and Automation team. You will design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, delivering automation and digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model‑Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Build and enhance business process automations using Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office 365, and other enterprise apps.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues.
• Optimize performance and ensure solution reliability.
• Create technical documentation, support guides, and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams in Agile environments.
• Support production environments and participate in continuous improvement.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model‑Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.


• Build and enhance business process automations using Power Automate Cloud Flows.

Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

5-7 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong Experience In

• Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model‑Driven Apps)


• Power Automate Cloud Flows


• Microsoft Dataverse


• SharePoint Online


• Microsoft 365 Ecosystem

Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and third‑party system integrations.

Strong understanding of solution design, security roles, and environment management.

Experience in application lifecycle management (ALM) and deployment processes.

Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power BI integration.

Knowledge of Azure services and Azure Logic Apps.

Experience with CoE (Center of Excellence) governance practices.

Microsoft Power Platform Certifications Are Highly Preferred
