Overview

The Lead Power Platform Developer will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the project, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with the Project Manager and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage and mentor the offshore development team, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Coordinate workload distribution and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and deployment guides.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance and security policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration with external systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage offshore teams.
• Familiarity with Azure services, security, and DevOps practices is a plus.
