Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced PostgreSQL Developer to join our backend team in Hyderabad, with roles across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune. You should have 7–10 years of backend software experience working on enterprise B2B/B2C apps.

You will work with PostgreSQL, Typescript, Ubuntu scripting, AWS, microservices, and data analytics design. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, testing, and thorough documentation. Immediate to 15 days notice is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of backend software engineering experience.
• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise B2B and B2C applications.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Typescript or JavaScript (TS is strongly preferred).
• Ubuntu, including installation and shell scripting.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Microservices architecture experience.
• AWS Cloud services experience.
• Design and implementation of data structures for data analytics.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
• Strong testing and documentation habits.
• Independent and able to take ownership of features/projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise backend systems.
• Work with PostgreSQL to optimize data models and queries.

• Operate in an Agile environment with microservices on AWS.
