Position: Associate Agency Development Manager Life Insurance

Work Location: Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Kolkata, Ghaziabad, Moradabad

Package: 2 LPA - 4 LPA + Reimbursement

Experience: 4 to 10 years in sales

Job Responsibilities
  1. Business Management: Manage all business parameters including recruitment, activation, and premium collection. Drive case rate, case count, and persistency to meet company objectives.
  2. Agent Recruitment & Activation: Ensure continuous induction, activation, and productivity of agents. Foster engagement and motivation among agents.
  3. Performance & Revenue Growth: Drive incentive schemes to exceed income benchmarks. Promote RR schemes from HO, ZO, and branches. Liaise with Head Office to address agent needs.
  4. Compliance & Conflict Management: Ensure compliance with norms. Manage and resolve channel conflicts.
  5. Goal Setting & Monitoring: Set product-wise targets, review, monitor, and mentor agents.
  6. Field Engagement & Business Development: Conduct field observations, visit agents, and identify revenue opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 4 to 10 years in sales, preferably in Life Insurance.
