Job summary

POSiLabs is seeking a POS Consultant (IT) to join our team in Indore. The role focuses on learning and supporting Oracle POS configuration, implementation, deployment, and customer support activities.

You will assist in configuring menus, pricing, taxes, discounts, promotions, and related POS components, while coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Computer Science/IT or a related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn Oracle POS and related technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, databases, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring menu items, combo meals, modifiers, pricing, taxes, discounts, tenders, and promotions.
• Assist in configuring Revenue Centres, Order Types, Workstations, and Employees.
• Learn and support EMC configuration, menu deployment, CAL packages, and reporting parameters.
• Perform menu updates, price changes, and promotional updates under guidance.
• Assist with configuring printing, routing, payments, tax structures, and outlet-specific settings.
• Support deployment, installation, rollout, testing, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with onsite/offsite teams and customer stakeholders.
