Designation: Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer

Job Summary:
Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer will be providing Server Management Services and Support Services to Server Owners and Online Service Providers. Our clients include website owners, web hosting companies, app developers, digital marketers, and more, who want to maintain high service uptime and deliver quality technical support.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Configuring, securing, and maintaining the servers for development and production environments.
2. Identifying and debugging issues that hamper server performance and implementing solutions.
3. Performing supporting tasks including shell scripting, application deployments, server monitoring, backups, etc.
4. Identifying discrepancies in the servers, assessing risks, and implementing solutions while adhering to quality & security standards.
5. Communicating promptly and clearly with customers regarding server issues to provide a delightful customer support experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Graduation: B.Tech / B.E
2. Branches applicable: CS / IT / ECE
3. Aggregate of 60% for 10th, Plus Two, and B.Tech (59.99% not applicable)
4. Excellent written communication skills in English are a must.

Other requirements:

1. Knowledge in Linux is mandatory.
2. Knowledge in Unix/Windows/Networking is preferable.
3. Work experience in the web hosting industry is preferable.
4. Ready to be based in Cochin, Kerala.
5. Willingness to work in shifts (rotational shift).

Salary:

1. Experienced: Based on competence and experience as per industry standards.
