Qualifications

• Mandatory prior field experience in Punjab political campaigns.
• Fluent in Punjabi with strong understanding of Punjab culture and political pulse.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve and other tools.
• Strong skills in cinematic editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphic design.
• Ability to create campaign reels, posters and social media content.
• Excellent storytelling and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience in Punjab's political environment is required.
