Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in political or digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (advanced).
• Understanding of social media algorithms and visual storytelling.
• Ability to design high-impact political content with clarity and creativity.
• Excellent command over Kannada, Hindi, and English (reading & writing).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
