Executive Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

Role Summary:

The Executive PMS will support portfolio management, equity research, and business-development activities. The role requires strong analytical ability, proficiency in Excel and presentation tools, attention to detail, and an understanding of Indian equity markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stock screening and fundamental equity research using available analytical and market-data platforms.
• Perform portfolio performance analysis against benchmarks and peer PMS schemes; prepare periodic performance and attribution reports.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews; support rebalancing decisions and monitor portfolio-level exposures.
• Prepare documented buy, sell, and corporate-action rationale notes in accordance with the investment process.
• Maintain buy/sell triggers for portfolio stocks and track relevant company, sector, market, and corporate developments.
• Execute buy/sell transactions accurately and coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely trade processing.
• Assist in preparing research updates, investment notes, and supporting material for portfolio-review discussions.
• Support business-development initiatives through preparation of pitch decks, product presentations, portfolio updates, and client-facing collateral.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of research, portfolio, reporting, and operational documentation.

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic understanding of equity markets, fundamental analysis, financial statements, and portfolio-performance concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, reporting, and presentation of financial information.
• Working knowledge of Equity databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for preparing client and management presentations, reports, and communication material.
• Strong analytical, research, written-communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret company announcements, corporate actions, quarterly results, and market developments.

Preferred Profile :

• Ability to independently prepare stock research notes, portfolio-performance reports, and investment rationale documents.
• Candidates pursuing or holding relevant finance certifications such as CFA, ACCA, MBA Finance, CA, or equivalent will be preferred.
