Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a senior PMS strategist to drive HNI/UHNI client acquisition, grow AUM, and identify new market opportunities. You will lead portfolio construction, asset allocation, and stock selection across PMS strategies, while ensuring SEBI PMS compliance and robust governance.

Job description

1. PMS Strategy & AUM Growth: Define and execute the PMS strategy, drive HNI/UHNI client acquisition and retention, grow AUM, and identify new market/investment opportunities through Sales, Wealth and external partnerships.
2. Investment & Product Leadership: Lead portfolio construction, asset allocation, stock selection and research across PMS strategies; drive differentiated products such as thematic, quant and long-short strategies while delivering consistent risk-adjusted returns.
3. Client, Risk & Compliance Management: Manage HNI/UHNI relationships, portfolio reviews and investment advisory while ensuring SEBI PMS compliance, portfolio risk controls, liquidity monitoring and strong governance.
4. Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Build and mentor Fund Managers, Analysts and Dealers; establish performance-driven processes and collaborate with Research, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, custodians, auditors and other external stakeholders. Include AI-led research, reporting and automation initiatives.
