Job summary

Technofocus is seeking a PMO – Microsoft Programs leader to independently manage Microsoft-facing enterprise programs. You will own stakeholder calls, delivery alignment, and risk management across Microsoft cloud training and enterprise engagements.

You will lead governance, manage budgets and change requests, and drive program dashboards, executive reviews, and momentum with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required and applied in real programs.
• 3–7 years of PMO/enterprise project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem or global enterprise clients.
• Strong governance, risk management, and budget oversight.
• Escalation handling and senior stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing.

You will own stakeholder calls, commercial visibility, delivery alignment, and risk management across Microsoft cloud training and enterprise engagements.

Required Experience:

• PMP certification is mandatory


• 3–7 years in PMO / Enterprise Project Management


• Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem or global enterprise clients

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — executive-ready, client-facing
