Job summary

Align Knowledge Centre in Bengaluru (Karnataka) seeks an experienced PMO/Process Improvement professional to coordinate multi-department projects and map complex processes. You will drive efficiency by visualizing workflows and implementing improvements across teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, schedules, and resource plans, while ensuring regulatory affairs documentation remains compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 9-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
• Strong understanding of Process Mapping and its practical application.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Experience collaborating with Regulatory Affairs departments.
