Monitor all installations as per BOQ/design and documentations.

To maintain and loop disinfection cleaningwork of water storage tank.
Up keep of Statutory requirement likeThird Party water audit, water testing and CGWA requirements.
To take daily facility round of watersupply utilities.
To maintain all plant related log books,stock inventory and material consumptions.
To supervise all works related to engineering maintenance.
To allocate duties to the team members and distribute responsibilities withproper work description among.
Dealing with vendors and keeping track onAnnual maintenance contractor and materials requirements.
To maintain and installation requirementsof hospitals signage and Logo.
