Job summary

Accor in Goa is seeking an experienced plumber to join our maintenance team. You will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in hotel facilities, responding quickly to issues and ensuring guest comfort.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar position; hospitality experience is preferred. You will also perform light related tasks and participate in routine inspections to ensure system integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing role.
• Hospitality background preferred.
• Basic electrical and carpentry awareness helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage, and fixtures in buildings.
• Respond, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues promptly.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Light construction, carpentry, painting, and basic electrical work as needed.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair all types of equipment.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as required.

• Respond, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
