Job summary

e mug is seeking an experienced PLM consultant across PAN India to drive Aras Innovator implementations and support. The role requires 4–10 years of PLM experience, strong knowledge of PLM processes, and proficiency with CAD integrations to PLM platforms.

The candidate will collaborate with business and engineering teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and document functional specifications while ensuring quality through testing and UAT. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with a focus on Aras Innovator implementations or support.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes, including Part Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Configuration Management.
• Experience with CAD systems and their integration with PLM platforms.
• Knowledge of Aras Innovator configuration and customization, including workflows, lifecycles, forms, and data models.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and functional specification documentation.
• Understanding of CAD connectors and CAD-to-PLM data synchronization processes.
• Experience in functional testing, UAT, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with business users, engineering teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or waterfall project delivery methodologies is preferred.

• Aras Innovator certification or relevant PLM certifications would be an added advantage.
