Job summary

Patil Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced PLC programmers with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in automotive/automation industries.

The role involves programming Mitsubishi FX3U/FX5U/Q Series, configuring HMI GOT 2000 with GT Designer 3, and integrating PLC with various robots (Yaskawa, Panasonic, Kuka, Fanuc, ABB, OTC, Kawasaki) as well as other devices. Willingness to travel across India and abroad is required.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years hands-on PLC programming experience.
• Experience with automotive/automation industries preferred.
• Mitsubishi FX3U/FX5U/Q Series programming knowledge required.
• Experience with Mitsubishi HMI GOT 2000 and GT Designer 3.
• Robot interfacing with MIG/Spot welding and multiple robot brands.
• Experience integrating PLC with printers, scanners, marking/lasing, leak testing equipment.
• Servo motors with PLC and servo drives; VFDs and parameters.
• Experience with data traceability and interfacing to customer servers.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and debug faults; basic pneumatics/hydraulics.
• Willingness to travel and stay at sites in India and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Program PLCs for automation systems for automotive/automation industries.
• Integrate PLC with robotics interfaces and third-party devices.
• Configure servo motors, servo drives and VFDs; set parameters.
• Develop PLC programs on a laptop and simulate during interviews.
• Read electrical drawings and debug faults on-site.
• Coordinate travel to various sites in India and abroad.

Role & responsibilities

PLC programmers with 3 to 8 years of hands on experience are required.

(Automobile industry / Automation industry )

Programmers who worked on following PLC's & HMI's are

Required :- Mitsubishi FX3U, FX5U & Q Series (Software - GX Works 2 & 3 - Mitsubishi Knowledge is Must)

Mitsubishi HMI GOT 2000 (Software - GT Designer 3 - Mitsubishi Knowledge is Must)

Candidate should be well versed with PLC to MIG Welding & Spot Welding Robot interface. Robot IO Mapping. Should have worked on various Robots such as Yaskawa, Panasonic, Kuka, Fanuc, ABB, OTC,Kawasaki etc. for their interfacing.

Candidate should be well versed with third party devices integration to PLC as follows:- PLC to Printer PLC to Scanner PLC to Marking & Laser Marking Machine PLC to Leak Testing Equipment PLC to RFID Should have experience with Servo motors integration with PLC, working on Servo Drives. Should have experience with nduction motors integration with PLC, working on VFDs, VFD parameters setting.

Candidate should have hands on experience for traceability working & interfacing data with customer server.

Candidate should have hands on experience for various types of Scada such as Ellipse, Wonderware etc.

Candidate should be in a position to do PLC program on Laptop at the time of interview & run its simulation. Should have basic knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics. Should be able to read electrical drawing, debug electrical faults.

Candidate should be energetic & quick learner. Should be ready to travel & stay at different sites in India & abroad.
