Technosoft Engineering in Pune is seeking an experienced PLC & HMI Automation Engineer to design, program, and commission industrial automation systems. The role focuses on PLC and HMI development, troubleshooting, and commissioning at customer sites.
The candidate should be proficient with Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, and Beckhoff platforms and have a solid grasp of industrial protocols and control architectures.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in PLC and HMI programming.
- Experience with Siemens STEP 7 / TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Mitsubishi GX Works, and Beckhoff TwinCAT.
- Good understanding of Ladder Logic, FBD, and Structured Text.
- Experience with PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT.
- Experience in PLC troubleshooting, debugging, and onsite commissioning.
- Knowledge of drives, sensors, actuators, and industrial automation systems.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PLC & HMI Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI development, troubleshooting, and commissioning of industrial automation systems.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in PLC and HMI programming.
- Experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Mitsubishi, and Beckhoff PLCs.
- Knowledge of Siemens STEP 7 / TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Mitsubishi GX Works, and Beckhoff TwinCAT.
- Good understanding of Ladder Logic, FBD, and Structured Text.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT.
- Experience in PLC troubleshooting, debugging, and onsite commissioning.
- Knowledge of drives, sensors, actuators, and industrial automation systems.
