Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP in Pune district is seeking a Business Banking professional to manage Commercial, Trade & Current Account relationships and generate leads for the Business Loan Group to support working capital and asset acquisitions.

The role focuses on servicing high-value clients, sourcing new to bank accounts, and cross-selling products like OD/CC/BG and Forex, while maintaining service standards and strong stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferably in management with banking knowledge.
• Proven ability to source high value business banking accounts.
• Thorough knowledge of Current Account/Trade Account opening/ transaction processes.
• Strong communication with assertive attitude; knowledge of Trade, Forex and business assets.

Responsibilities

• Managing Commercial, Trade & Current Account relationships in business banking segment
• Generating leads for Business Loan Group for Working capital requirement, Acquisition of assets etc.
• Executing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by regular analysis & upgradation of delivery & service quality norms
• Attaining, acquiring & retaining New Trade Finance & FOREX clients
• Sourcing of New to Bank business banking accounts & Managing the Business Banking portfolio assigned
• Assisting the client’s business with different business banking products like OD/CC/BG/Term Loans/Forex/etc
• Cross sell of Liability based products liked Fixed Deposit, savings account to the portfolio clients
• Maintaining the service standards set by the bank in collaboration with the service support team
• Maintain Co-ordial relationships with internal stakeholder and external agencies to generate leads for New to bank Clients.
