Job summary

FinOps Weekly is seeking a Platforms Lead to shape and scale our internal developer platform. You’ll own platform and cloud architecture across AWS, GCP, and Azure, driving self-service capabilities and standardized guardrails for fast, secure engineering workflows.

You will lead Kubernetes adoption, IaC implementation (Terraform/Pulumi), and robust CI/CD practices while maintaining cost visibility and reliability across the engineering org.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of production-grade infrastructure and cloud platform experience.
• Experience scaling infrastructure in high-growth or regulated environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems.
• Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitOps workflows.
• Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve platform and cloud architecture across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

We are looking for a highly experienced Platforms Lead to help evolve our engineering infrastructure into a mature, platform-driven ecosystem that enables teams to move faster with confidence. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, security, compliance, reliability, and developer experience. You will play a key role in building scalable infrastructure foundations while acting as a force multiplier for engineering teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and deep technical execution.
