Aditya Birla Group is seeking a Platform Officer (Junior Officer) in the Cement division to oversee vendor management, order processing, and roll-out of new features on the platform. The role focuses on onboarding dealers, ensuring accurate pricing, managing invoices, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless buyer and seller experience across UBS stores and related platforms.

Job Description:

4) Key Result Areas:Write the key results expected from the job and the supporting actions for each of these key result areas (For a majority of jobs typically there could be 4- 7 key result areas)

Vendor Management (prices, discounts and serviceability)

• Monitor platform prices and discounts regularly.
• Communicate with vendors to update pricing information.
• Upload accurate and up-to-date pricing and discount details on the platform.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Ensuring vendor adherence at the local level on the platform for pricing discipline and catalogue creation.

Order Management and Issue Handling

• Onboarding of new dealers and maintenance existing dealers on the platform from the perspective of DVCM updation, dealer contact data, Pivot portal credentials etc. ensuring on-time and error free order processing
• Driving quick real time order processing on portal, ensuring a seamless buyer and seller journey to offer an elevated purchase expereince.
• Address discrepancies in purchase orders and vendor invoices promptly and lead Pivot platform related issue resolution

Platform Training & Roll-out of New features

• The platform officer would be responsible for the the training of the new vendors onboarded on the platform in coordination with category teams.
• Reponsibility of training the internal team and ensure that all the new recruits in the zone are trained during their induction.
• They will conduct platform demos/training sessions as and when new features are released and ensure adoption of the new feature across the internal and external stakeholders.

Payment monitoring and Invoice verification for renovation vendors

• Collaborate with the Shared Services Team (UKSC) to handle civil vendor PO & Invoicing process.
• Monitor the status of vendor invoices and ensure payment processing within agreed upon timelines
• Ensure invoice verification on the platform within SLAs and creation of case IDs.
• Coordinate with the Zonal/ regional commercial,UBS field team and HO Rollout team for smooth payment of the vendors and issue resolutions

UBS Store Launch and repair data repository maintenance

• Collection & collation of all multi-media repositories with regards to all UBS stores across geographies – Store images, videos, launch decks, Kayakalp project decks etc.
• Updation of relevant content on UBS-Gullack platform adhering to the standards and norms ensuring easy access to the Gullack repository to all relevant stakeholders
