The ideal candidate has worked in software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, or analytics roles and understands how Palantir technologies are applied to solve complex, large‑scale problems in enterprise environments.

This role is intentionally title‑agnostic — we value practical Palantir delivery experience over job labels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable systems used in real customer environments.
• Contribute hands‑on across backend services, data workflows, and platform components.
• Work on complex, high‑impact problems involving large datasets and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision‑making.
• Ensure production readiness, performance, and operational stability.
