Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Lead/Senior Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using Palantir Foundry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Palantir platform capabilities, data engineering, and solution architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and mentoring technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions, including data integration, transformation, ontology modelling, and workshop development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Architect and implement robust data pipelines, workflows, and validation frameworks within Palantir Foundry.
• Optimize data models and workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and best practices.
• Integrate Palantir with external systems (e.g., Snowflake, APIs) and ensure seamless data exchange.
