Job summary

Aurora Talent is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer to build AI-enabled internal tools and production LLM systems for the PMO and wider business. You will own the end-to-end delivery from UI to backend, including AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, and automation.

This is a build role where you’ll work on live systems with real business data and deadlines, balancing deterministic code with AI-driven solutions to scale operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in software engineering with hands-on delivery of internal tools or platforms.
• Expert use of Claude Code or similar agentic coding tool to ship production systems.
• LLM features that reached real production use, not just prototypes.
• Git/GitHub, pull-request workflows and testing ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and run production internal tools: automations, dashboards, internal apps and AI-assisted tools covering procurement, contracts, BI pipelines and document automation.
• Ship production LLM systems such as agentic workflows and RAG, using AI coding tools like Claude Code at production depth.
• Decide when a problem needs deterministic code and when it needs AI.
• Own security in what you build: secrets management, access control and dependency hygiene.
• Keep documentation, decision logs and runbooks up to date.
• Report to the PMO Systems & Intelligence Manager and turn clear briefs into reliable systems that scale.
