Job summary

Arm Bengaluru is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Engineering IT organization to build and operate Arm’s Hybrid Cloud platform. You will contribute to deploying workloads across public and private clouds with a focus on Kubernetes and automation.

You will work alongside experienced platform engineers to automate, enhance reliability, and support operations. The role emphasizes cloud-native technologies, IaC, and scalable infrastructure in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code practices, with hands-on experience using Terraform, Ansible, and programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, or similar.
• Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience working in software development environments, version control, and CI/CD concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Curious and willingness to learn new and evolving technologies and fast experimentation and prototyping.
• Experience is automated deployment of infrastructure services on public and private cloud environment.

We are seeking a motivated Platform Engineer to join the Engineering IT organization. In this role, you will contribute to the development, operation, and continuous improvement of Arm’s Hybrid Cloud platform, enabling engineering teams to deploy and run workloads seamlessly across public and private cloud environments.

Working alongside expert platform engineers, you will automate, improve platform reliability, and support the operation of Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
